Mark is the third attorney to join the Mancini Shenk LLP team, and we are honored to add an advocate of his caliber. Mark specializes in defending individuals and businesses against claims of white collar crimes, regulatory noncompliance, and other violations. Mark has significant trial experience because of his former positions as a trial attorney with the Bronx Defender and as a Federal Public Defender with the Office of the Federal Public Defender in the Central District of California. Mark’s evidentiary and trial experience is a significant asset for Mancini Shenk LLP’s practice.
